⅓ cupcrumbled goat cheese
Poppy Seed Dressing
Instructions
Poppy Seed Dressing
Step 1
Whisk together mayo, milk, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and poppy seeds in a small bowl. Set aside.
For Salad
Step 2
Cook bacon. Transfer to paper towel to get the grease off.
Step 3
Hard boil eggs. Let cool before dicing.
Step 4
Assemble the salad by putting the romaine salad in a large bowl. Top with arranged rows of bacon, eggs, apple, pear, pecans, cranberries, and goat cheese.
Step 5
Serve immediately with the poppy seed dressing.
