Instructions
Step 1
In a pot over medium heat, add the oats and milk. Stir until oats have softened. Add additional water 1/4 cup at a time until oatmeal is at the desired consistency.
Step 2
Add dates and hemp seeds. Stir to combine and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes or until dates have slightly softened.
Step 3
Transfer mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Add additional water if needed.
Step 4
Top with banana, almonds and agave nectar or honey. Enjoy!
