Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F. Chop chicken breast and toss with flour to coat. Place bite sized pieces of chicken on a foil lined baking sheet and into hot oven for 10 minutes.

2 After 10 minutes, remove tray, and add chopped broccoli to one side of the pan. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Return to oven for 10 more minutes.

3 Meanwhile, mix together ketchup, honey, and sriracha sauce in a bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, and stir again.
Step 4
4 Remove tray from oven, and combine chicken with sauce, mixing to coat. Place chicken in bowls with broccoli and cooked rice.
Step 5
5 Top with sliced green onion and sesame seeds.
