Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a med to large pot. Add beef, onions, garlic, and seasonings. Cook till meat is no longer pink.
Step 2
Next add can of stewed tomatoes and can of tomato sauce. Stir everything so that it’s mixed well, cover and set to simmer for 45 minutes stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Drain and wash beans, add to pot and recover for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 4
Serve in bowls with a dollop of sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Enjoy!
