Next time I think I'd try brining the potatoes....

Instructions

Step 1
Cut potatoes into wedges, then cut the wedges in half. Rinse them well, then pay dry
Step 2
Combine remaining ingredients. Toss potatoes in the sauce; let them marinade up to a half hour if time permits.
Step 3
Using a slotted spoon, transfer potatoes to ActiFry. There will be marinade left behind. Pour 2 Tbsp sauce into ActiFry with potatoes. Cook 12 minutes.
Step 4
Spoon potatoes back into marinade. Toss to coat. Transfer back to ActiFry; spoon over 1-2 Tbsp marinade. Cook 12 minutes
Step 5
Take potatoes and toss in marinade one more time. There should be very little sauce left. Transfer potatoes and 1-2Tbsp sauce into ActiFry. Cook 8 minutes longer
