1 pound93/7 ground beef
lean
0.5yellow onion
diced
1 teaspooncumin
½ teaspoonpaprika
½ teaspoongarlic powder
⅛ teaspoonred pepper flakes
⅛ teaspoonchipotle chili powder
½ teaspoonsalt
½ teaspoonblack pepper
1 x 15 ozdark red kidney beans
drained and rinsed
1 x 14.5 ozpetite diced tomatoes
1 x 4 ozcan mild green chilis
Instructions
Step 1
Put hamburger in a large skillet, add diced onions, cook until meat is thoroughly cooked. Add all spices and thoroughly mix into meat mixture. Add remainder ingredient, stir to combine, add 1/2 cup water and let simmer until beans are soft and most of liquid is gone. Add mixture to your fry bread. Top with your favorite taco toppings.
