What recipe do you want to see next in my game day series?
1 pound steak cubed(any tender cut I used ribeye)
2 onions sliced thin
1 cup sliced bell pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tbs olive oil
Large Italian loaf or bread of choice
8-10 slices provolone (or your favorite cheese)
In a large skillet over high heat add olive oil, steak, and seasoning. Sauté for about two minutes then add onion and peppers. Continue to cook until meat is fully cooked through. Then spread into an even layer top with your favorite sandwich toppings like tomato or avocado. Top with your choice of cheese. Cut the heat put the lid on and allow the cheese to melt. Slice open your bread and toast in the oven. Using a spatula top your bread with the steak slice and enjoy!
