At 200 calories per bar this simple recipe makes for a great snack. Simply add the ingredients to a bowl, mix & bake. Its really that simple and fail proof. No fancy cooking skills required. 😅
PS: You can add nuts on top as an optional topping.

Preheat oven to 150 degrees

Butter a baking tray of your choice. (Approx. 20cm x 30cm works best)

Grab a mixing bowl with scales.

Add wet ingredients next and keep mixing. (You can melt the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds to soften up in a separate bowl before adding)

Ready steady bake.

Add the mixture into the baking tray. (Add nuts on top of you want the optional topping)

Bake about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Keep it cool...

Once baked, leave to cool before slicing up and serving.
