thinly sliced low fat
2 ozlow sodium black forest ham

2 tablespoonlow fat mayo

or any mustard of your choice

or to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Start by adding all your ingredients to a cutting board (minus the wraps) and get to chopping until the mixture is a beautiful harmonious mix of flavors. Meaning you should get the perfect bite every bite in your wraps. Don't get carried away and cut it into mush. We want the pieces to just be bite size.

Step 2
now just double check your seasoning. heat up your wrap in a microwave until pliable to fold your creation into a tight little wrap of goodness. you can toast your wrap or leave it as is. Now your all set with your quick and easy meal. Enjoy!
