Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 and line cupcake tins with liners.
Step 2
Whisk together the sugar, melted butter, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, eggs, and strained pumpkin until smooth.
Step 3
Fold in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
Step 4
Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 5
Evenly distribute batter into cupcake liners.
Step 6
Bake at 400 for 12 minutes, then WITHOUT OPENING the oven, turn down the heat to 375 and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 7
