Step 1
Boil asparagus and peas for 3 minutes. Best eggs,snd season. Add most of tge basil and peas to the eggs. Pour into roasting tin. Scatter over asparagus, halved tomatoes, red peppers, chilli flakes and remaining peas. Season cottage cheese and add dollops randomly into the egg. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and set in oven at 209C/fan 180C.
