Step 1
Cut chicken breast into chicken cutlets. Place the cutlets into 13×9 glass pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. While chicken is baking, mix the mayonnaise, honey, and spicy brown mustard. Remove pan and drain chicken broth. Pour sauce over the chicken and spread shredded cheese and the cooked bacon bits. Continue baking for another 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serve chicken and sauce over cooked rice.
