Instructions
Step 1
Microwave pumpkin for five minutes. Cut round top. Microwave again. Cut out top and hollow out.
Step 2
Mix stuffing, cranberries, chestnuts and curry powder. Use to fill pumpkin.
Step 3
Mix chopped tomatoes, line juice, chilli and garlic. Microwave for three minutes.
Step 4
Put tomatoes in casserole dish. Add veg.
Step 5
Place pumpkin in middle. Cover with lid. Cook for 30 minutes on 200C.
