Instructions

Tomato sauce

Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Sandwich

Step 2
Slice the mozzarella cheese and grate the parmesan.

You only need the bottom half of the ciabatta. Try to cut off as little as possible from the upper half.

Hollow out the bottom ciabatta half.
Step 5
Pure in the tomato sauce and spread with a spoon.

Now top it with the emmental cheese and mozzarella.
Step 7
Backe in the oven at 160 degree circulation air for about 5-7min until the cheese has melted.
Step 8
Top the baked ciabatta with the bresaola, parmesan cheese and arugula. Enjoy!
