281gall purpose flour
½ tspbaking powder
¼ tspsalt
170gmargarine
or butter
150gpowdered stevia
or granulated sugar
1 tspcinammon
¼ tspnutmeg
1 tspground ginger
1egg

2 tspsvanilla extract

or frosting
1 dropblue food gel colouring
1 droppink food gel colouring
24sugar free & fat free marshmallows
1 Tbspchocolate
melted, or cocoa syrup
Instructions
Step 1
whisk the dry ingredients
Step 2
with a standmixer's paddle attachment cream butter for 1 min. then scrape down the sides & bottom
Step 3
add the beaten egg+vanilla extract & mix for 2 mins
Step 4
scrape down the sides & bottom
Step 5
fold in the dry ingredients till a dough forms
Step 6
roll it out & cut into 24 circle shapes ( i used the top of a mug)
Step 7
baje in a preheated oven at 177C°or 350F° for 10-12 mins
Step 8
let them cool for 15 mins
Step 9
prepare 3 bowls and divide ur frosting into them
Step 10
add blue & pink to 2 of them & mix well
Step 11
frost the surface of the cookies with the white frosting, then use a toothpick to draw on the buttons
Step 12
with a toothpick draw the face & hands with cocoa syrup
