Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the flank steak, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and cornstarch. Toss to coat.

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Arrange beef in a single layer in air fryer basket.
