Grilled Shrimps and Pineapple

Irresistible shrimp and pineapple skewers marinated in a special aromatic spices and grilled to perfection. A wonderfully delicious blend of sweet, spicy and sour for perfect shrimp every time. Light up the grill.

Instructions

Step 1
Place all the marinade ingredients in a food processor and puree until well combined.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the shrimp with 1 cup of the marinade mixture and toss well to coat, then cover with plastic wrap and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat grill to medium-high. Place shrimp, pineapple, bell pepper and red onion on previously soaked skewers, grill uncovered for 3 minutes until charred, then turn and grill for 2-3 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque and coiled.
Step 4
Serve the shrimp with additional lime wedges and cilantro if desired.

Note:

Step 5
* 1 cup of Shrimp Marinade, (It can be prepared in advance and stored in a jar in the refrigerator for a week).
