1 poundground turkey
1onion
chopped
1egg
¼ cupgrated parmesan cheese
¼ cupfresh parsley
chopped
salt
to taste
pepper

For the cauliflower cream sauce:

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Step 4
Roll the turkey mixture into meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter.
Step 5
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on all sides.

While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the cauliflower cream sauce.

Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a food processor.

Add the olive oil, garlic, heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
