Instructions

Step 1
Heat Mustard seeds, lentils, chickpeas, and dried chilis in oil for 1 minute until sizzling
Step 2
Stir in salt and Turmeric
Step 3
Mix in rice
Step 4
Slowly stir in the boiling water. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 12 minutes
Step 5
Stir in the lemon juice
