Instructions

On prep day

Step 1
Label you freezer bag with the name of recipe, cooking instructions and "use-by" date (3 months from prep day)
Step 2
Add all ingredients to your freezer bag, except the broth
Step 3
Remove as much air as possible, seal and freeze

On cooking day

Step 4
Thaw overnight in the fridge (or quick thaw in cold water)
Step 5
Add content of the bag in the slow-cooker
Step 6
Add the broth (or water + beef cube)
Step 7
Cook on "low" setting for 6-8 hours
Step 8
Remove bay leaves and break apart the ground beef
Step 9
Serve with fresh bread. Enjoy !
