Spinach Zucchini Feta Egg-white Quiche

Copy-cat recipe from my favorite coffee shop. Feel free to add/subtract ingredients to your liking. Also, try without crust to make frittata for lower calorie/carb option.

Instructions
Step 1
Place pie crust in a pan or individual muffin tins. Bake at 400 until firm and golden. Sear zucchini in a pan, add spinach to wilt. Season to taste. Add half a block of feta. Add the filling to the crust(s). Pour egg whites on top and bake at 350 until firm. (Time will vary based on size) Serve with hot sauce.
