Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add your ricotta, eggs, Parmigiano and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut your cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.
Step 3
Add your puff pastry on a cake tin previously lined with parchment paper and spike it with a fork.
Step 4
Add your ricotta mix and your cherry tomatoes on top then sprinkle some oregano.
Step 5
Bake for 20 mins without the fan and for 10 more minutes with the fan (200C/390F). Every oven is slightly different so please double check that you are not burning your quiche.
Step 6
Let your quiche cool down a bit and enjoy!
