Step 1
Heat lard in 12in skillet over medium heat. Saute onions for about 4 minutes. Stir in the beans broth and salt. Cook mashing the beans with potato masher until finally mashed and mixer is thickened about 8 minutes. Season with salt to taste set aside and let cool completely.
