Instructions

Step 1
Take cream cheese about 1oz cheddar and chopped green onions and mix. Let cream cheese get to room temp or put in the microwave for a bit to mix easier.
Step 2
Fry half the hash browns with one shallot then add to cream cheese mixture and spread all into baking dish.
Step 3
Cook other half of hash browns with another shallot. Cut ham into desired size pieces and mix into hash browns when they are done cooking. Mix in rest of cheese about 3.5oz. Spread on top of cream cheese/hash brown mix in baking dish.
Step 4
Whisk 3 eggs and pour evenly on top
Step 5
Bake at 350 for about 15 min then finish with broil
Step 6
Salt pepper to taste
