Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice in rice cooker
Step 2
Wash, dry and salt salmon steaks and set aside
Step 3
Wash salad ingredients. Chop tomatoes and cucumber. Set aside in a bowl.
Step 4
Roast nuts on 200c for approx. 10min. Combine crumbled feta and roasted nuts onto salad.
Step 5
Mix Olive Oil, Balsamic, Salt/Pepper, citrus and mustard
Step 6
Store in an airtight container and consume within 1-2 days
