Step 1
Start by roughly chopping the walnuts, apple, dried apricots and pistachios. You can use whatever dried fruit you’d like for your own version of the recipe!
Step 2
Tear apart the bread into 1tbsp bites and cut the gingerbread into small cubes. Add them to a bowl alongside the fruit.
Step 3
Bring the milk to a simmer in a pot. You can optionally add some vanilla extract at this point
Step 4
Add the warm milk to the bread and fruit. Follow that with the three eggs, chopped white chocolate, sugar and cinnamon. Work the mixture with your hands until almost dough-like
Step 5
Butter an oven dish (I used a loaf tin) and spread some flour over the butter (for ease of removal later). Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes!
