Step 1
Add a very small amount of chicken broth to largeskillet or pot and cook sausage partially.

Ground Italian Sausage1 pack

Step 2
Set sausage aside, saute garlic and onion, add remaining chicken broth. Add chopped cauliflower. Boil for 20 minutes.

Step 3
Fry the bacon.in skillet or bake in oven. Add sausage back to pot and add italian seasoning and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring often. Add kale, spinach and heavy cream. Return to boil and serve with chopped bacon.
