Chicken Tortellini Soup

I used a few different recipes plus herbs out of my garden to make this satisfying soup. The cherry pepper isn't necessary but adds a nice little kick to the flavor. My kids loved it and can't wait for me to make it again!

Ingredients
12 servings
1 lbchicken breast
cubed, raw
1onion
medium, chopped
½ cred bell pepper
chopped
1 tolive oil
1cherry pepper
seeded and chopped
2 tseasoned salt
or to taste
1 tgarlic powder
3carrots
peeled and chopped
1 sprigfresh rosemary
3fresh sage leaves
1 sprigoregano
1bay leaf
2 tablespoonschicken base
3 quartschicken stock
½ cfrozen spinach
1 x 20 ozchicken herb tortellini
package, refrigerated, i used, brand
Instructions
Step 1
Saute onion and peppers in olive oil in the instant pot.
Step 2
Add chicken, seasoned salt, garlic, and 2 c of stock to the pot
Step 3
Tie the herbs together with cooking twine and drop into the pot
Step 4
Use the soup setting and cook for 15 minutes on high pressure
Step 5
Let pot slow release for 5 minutes, then open the valve to release the rest of the pressure
Step 6
Add the remaining stock and the boullion, turn pot on to high saute to bring to boiling
Step 7
Add spinich, return to boil
Step 8
Add tortellini and boil for 3 min
Step 9
Turn off heat and serve
