Caprese Orzo
This orzo recipe is the perfect side dish, not too heavy but very flavorful! It goes great with grilled chicken, or anything Mediterranean.

Instructions
Step 1
Boil chicken broth and then add orzo and cook for 9 minutes until al-dente. Drain orzo after fully cooked.
Step 2
In a separate pan, add olive oil and cook garlic until lightly browned. Add tomatoes and cook for two minutes
Step 3
Add orzo into the pan, mix in lemon juice, mozzarella pearls and fresh basil
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. This dish can be served warm or cold! Enjoy!
