Step 1
Place Chuck in slow cooker. Cover with stock and Cajun seasoning. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove roast and shred.
Step 2
Turn slow cooker to high and add frozen vegetables and shredded beef.
Step 3
Meanwhile, break spaghetti noodles in half and cook until done.
Step 4
To serve, place noodles in a bowl, ladle soup on top, add egg, green onions and whatever condiments you prefer.
