400gbeef steaks

1 Tbspsoy sauce
1onion

3spring onions
3 Tbsppeanut butter
1lime
juice of, plus 1 slice
400mltin of reduced-fat coconut milk
1red chilli
sliced
2 Tbsphoney
4garlic cloves
chopped
2.5 c mfresh ginger
grated
Green beans
Tenderstem
broccoli
2carrots
chopped
200gdried egg noodles
250mlchicken stock
hot
sesame seeds
to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Place all the ingredients, except the noodles and stock, in the slow cooker and stir. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 5 hours. Add the noodies and stock, stir and cook for another 20 sesame minutes, seeds. stirring after h 10 minutes. Serve garnished garnished with sesame seeds.
