Blackberry & Apple Crumble (Airfryer)

Blackberry & apple crumble made for a 20cm air-fryer dish. In the autumn, I like to prepare freezer bags with the diced apples and blackberries to use during the winter.

Instructions

Step 1
Make the fruit filling: Peel and dice the apple. Wash and add the blackberries with a little water Bring to a light boil then lightly simmer for 15-20 minutes Add granulated sugar to sweeten it to your desired taste Leave to cool until just warm
Step 2
Make the crumble topping: Rub flour into the butter until the mix resembles crumbs add the dark brown sugar and mix /rub in Add the oats and fork them in roughly
Step 3
Put the filling into a 20cm rectangular air-fryer dish Sprinkle the crumble over the filling Spread out until evenly distributed Sprinkle over an extra tablespoon of dark sugar for extra crunch
Step 4
Cook in the air-fryer at 180degreesC for 25 minutes
