Instructions

Step 1
Cook the brown rice according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the onion, carrots, celery, and bell pepper to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the pineapple, mango, papaya, apple, pear, kiwi, cucumber, tomato, zucchini, eggplant, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, spinach, Swiss chard, beet greens, mustard greens, collard greens, turnip greens, and radish greens to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cooked brown rice to the skillet and stir until everything is well combined.
Step 6
Boil the cocoa powder in a separate pot and serve hot.
Step 7
Steam the extra spinach and serve as a side dish.
Step 8
Add the egg whites to the brown rice mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
Step 9
Serve hot.
