Quick and easy bagels

for more easy recipes 🌺 Time saving & ease versus flavour 11/10 they were amazing and these will be a regular for sure. They were even chewy 🙌🏼 Makes 4 170g Greek Yogurt 200g plain flour (best you can find) 1 x tsp baking powder 1/2 x tsp bicarbonate soda 20g brown sugar 1 x tsp cinnamon Topping: 1 x egg yolk & tsp milk Sprinkle brown sugar Brush with honey while warm (keeps moist) Turn oven on to 200C Add you yogurt to a bowl followed by other ingredients, mix with spoon till it’s shaggy and then mix with a floured hand in the bowl until it’s totally combined. Put the dough on a well floured surface and knead for about 1-2 minutes. Split into 4 and shape into a rough ball and use your finger or thumb to poke a good size hole in the middle Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle some sugar and bake for 17-20 min, as soon as their out I like to brush with a little honey to keep moist but it’s optional. If any of your holes closed up while cooking you can leave it or poke it with a wooden spoon as soon as it’s out of the oven. Enjoy Dxx
