**Ingredients:**
- 500g Chicken
- 5-6 green chillies
- ½ cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
- 2 tbsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 egg for egg wash (mix with Samyang/Sriracha/hot sauce)
- All-purpose flour
- Panko (breadcrumbs)
- Oil for frying
**Method:** as shown in the video.
**Tips:**
- Freeze the shaped donuts for at least an hour before breading to make this step easier.
- Reduce the amount of chillies if you can't handle the heat.
- Cheese is optional.
- Deep fry over medium flame to avoid burning. Cook slowly to ensure the chicken is properly cooked inside.

Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for doughnuts. Roll into a ball and make a hole in the middle.
Step 2
Freeze the shaped donuts for at least an hour before breading to make this step easier.
Step 3
Roll into flour, dip into egg wash whisked with Sriracha. Toss into panko crumbs.
Step 4
- Deep fry over medium flame to avoid burning. Cook slowly to ensure the chicken is properly cooked inside.
