Preheat oven to 430
get 3 bowls of flour egg and breadcrumbs.
dip cutlet in flour egg then breadcrumbs
put in pan with hot oil for like 4-5 min each side
then put on baking sheet with some red sauce and mozzarella chz
put in oven for like 15 min at 430 or so.
