Instructions

Step 1
Cut a pack of bacon in half, cook it just a little bit where it’s still pliable.
Cool it on a plate w paper towels
Spray a muffin tin w a little cooking spray
Wrap the inside outer edge of the cups w the pieces of bacon
Sprinkle a little shredded cheese on the bottom of muffin tin.
Crack an egg inside each cup
Sprinkle egg w salt and pepper and a little more shredded cheese.
Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Or until bacon is crispy. You can reheat in microwave on half power for 15-20 seconds.
