Instructions
Step 1
Score each of the 4 chicken breast halves on one side.
Step 2
Sprinkle each breast with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Dredge each breast in flour.
Step 4
Melt butter in large skillet on medium/high heat.
Step 5
Add breasts, scored side down in a large skillet on medium high heat. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Turn chicken breasts over and cook covered for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 7
Add garlic, honey, and lemon to the pan to create a sauce.
Step 8
Stir sauce and spoon over chicken.
Step 9
Serve with parsley on top.
