Slice the chicken breast, you can do it small or large pieces depending on how you prefer it.

Flour the chicken breast.

Beat one egg in a bowl or a plate with a bit of salt.

Ease down the chicken breast in the beaten egg. And then in a bowl or a plate with breadcrumbs. Bread the chicken all over. You can also pass the meat in the egg and breadcrumbs a second time if you want it more crispy.

Warm up a pan and let the butter melt in it. When the butter is quite warm ease down the rosemary and the chicken breast. Add salt, pepper and some garlic powder. Roast the meat on medium-high heat until it gets crispy. It should take around ten minutes but this depends on how big your chicken breast pieces are.
