Recipe 75: Berry Oat Crumble Shout out to for the recipe inspo for this one 🙌🏽 Calories & macros 📊 387 calories 33g P | 47g C | 6g F Per serve *excluding topping Calories & macros 📊 426 calories 35g P | 53g C | 7g F Per serve *with low calorie ice cream topping Ingredients: Makes 1 x 🍽️ Berry mix: 160g mixed frozen berries (£0.48) 2 tbsp lemon juice (£0.06) 1 (5g) tsp protein powder (£0.11) 50g Oats (£0.05) 1 scoop (25g) protein powder (I used Vanilla from B&M - £0.56) 30ml milk of choice (I used skimmed - (£0.03) *Optional topping: 50ml - Low calorie ice cream (Lidl) (£0.27) Cost per serve: £1.29 +27p for topping Method: 1. Measure out 160g of frozen mixed berries. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp protein powder and mix thoroughly. Bake in the airfryer at 160 degrees for 5 minutes. 2. Whilst that’s cooking, add 50g oats, 1 scoop (25g) of protein and 30ml into a bowl and mix. 3. Spoon your crumble mixture over the top of the berries, doing your best to fully cover the top to form an even thin layer of crust. 4. Pop back in the airfryer for 9 mins at 165 degrees or until golden brown. 5. Eat as is or optionally add some toppings. Instructions

Step 1
1. Measure out 160g of frozen mixed berries. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp protein powder and mix thoroughly. Bake in the airfryer at 160 degrees for 5 minutes.
