Orange Chicken
Recipe:
Chicken Marinade:
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Chicken Coating (Flour mix):
- 100g (0.6 cup) AP flour
- 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Sauce:
- Juice from 1 orange (roughly 1/3 cup)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
1. Dice up 2 chicken breast and marinate with the ingredients listed above.
2. After marinating for 10 minutes, coat your chicken with the flour mix.
3. Spray it with some oil and air fry for 12 minutes at 400 F. (Flip halfway and spray with more oil to ensure crispiness)
4. For the sauce, add in all the ingredients above into a pan and heat up until the sauce starts to thicken. Once thick set aside.
5. Add in your cooked chicken and mix.
6. Now its time to ENJOY!
