Instructions

Step 1
In a large pot of salted water, boil prepared potatoes until just fork tender. Once ready, drain potatoes then transfer to a large bowl. Immediately add Johnny's seasoning salt while potatoes are still hot, season to taste, and fold into potatoes until well incorporated.
Step 2
Combine onions, pickles, mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings in a separate bowl. Adjust flavors to taste, optionally adding pickle juice if desired.
Step 3
Fold sauce mixture and chopped eggs into potatoes, being careful not to break potatoes up. Taste for seasoning and adjust as you see fit. Serve hot or cold, and enjoy!
