Instructions

Step 1
Slice the chicken breast. While you prep, cook the peas according to package directions (usually 3-5 minutes).

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for 1 minute, then slowly whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until thickened.

Stir in cheese, peas, and cooked chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
