One-serving Baked Cajun Chicken Spaghetti

Guys don’t walk RUN to make this!! So cheap to make, minimal ingredients and you basically throw it all into an oven dish!!!!! I am obsessed with all variations of oven baked chicken at the minute because it makes the chicken SOOOO moist and juicy 😮‍💨 Ingredients to make one portion: 85g dry weight spaghetti 1 chicken breast 30ml double cream (or 60g soft cheese) 100ml chicken stock 1tsp paprika, mixed Italian herbs 2tbsp garlic 1tsp parsley 2tbsp Cajun seasoning Method: Preheat the oven to 210 degrees. Spray some oil into an oven dish and add the chicken breast. Season with the garlic, paprika and mixed Italian herbs and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour in the chicken stock, followed by the double cream or soft cheese and add 5g grated Parmesan onto the chicken and then transfer to the oven and cook for 25-30 mins until the chicken is completely cooked through. While the chicken is cooking, cook your spaghetti. When the chicken is done, remove it from the oven dish and add in the cooked spaghetti, tossing it in the sauce. Add the chicken back, before sprinkling 30g grated mozzarella on top and adding back into the oven for 5 mins to bake the cheese! Instructions

Step 1
