Instructions
Step 1
Brown meat, onions, celery, carrots.
Step 2
Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds
Step 3
Stir in remaining ingredients except frozen vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 50-60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add frozen vegetables and cook about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
