Step 1
Brown 4T butter . Slice mushrooms. Put 2T butter into a clean skillet. Cook until browed. Turn over and pour brown butter over mushrooms and add theymt-springs. s ~ Cook until browned, about 5 more minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and fresh thyme. Serve. Enjoy.
