Instructions
Step 1
Wash mushroom and remove gills.
Step 2
In a food processor blend mushrooms and garlic.
Step 3
In a bowl combine mushroom mixture, egg, bread crumbs, and flour.
Step 4
Section mixture into two even burgers.
Step 5
Heat a pan on medium heat.
Step 6
Put oil in pan and place burger
Step 7
Let sit and brown on one side for 4-5 minutes

Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, and balsamic vinegar

Flip burger one brown and add in marinade. Let brown for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 10
Once the other side is brown, lower heat, cover, and let steam for 5-10 minutes.
Step 11
Heat up another pan and toast the pretzel bun.
Step 12
Remove the burgers from the pan.
Step 13
Assemble the burgers with boursin cheese, lettuce and tomato.
