Ingredients
5 servings
1rotisserie chicken
shredded or diced small
3 tablespoonstaco seasoning
2 cupssalsa con queso
2 cupsmexican blend cheese
2 packetsEmpanada dough
find in your local grocery store in the freezer section
oil for frying
spicy Ranch
Instructions
Step 1
1. In a large bowl combine together the chicken, taco seasoning, queso and cheese. Mix really well.
Step 2
2. Place 2 heaping tablespoons of the filling in the center of each empanada circle. Fold over the dough to create a half-moon shape and press edges firmly to seal. Crimp edges with the back of a fork and repeat until all done.
Step 3
3. Heat oil and fry the empanadas until golden and crispy.
Step 4
4. While they are frying make the dipping sauce by combining all the ingredients together.
Step 5
5. Once all fried serve hot with the sauce and enjoy!
