Instructions
Step 1
Prepare Kanji Masala Mix Everything & Store It
Turmeric Powder1 pinch
Yellow Mustard Seeds3 teaspoon
Black Salt1 teaspoon
salt2 teaspoon
Step 2
Prepare Daily Mix
Take 1ltr of Water
Add 3 teaspoon of Kanji Masala Mix
Stir Well
Add desired Kanji veg dip (Make sure all dips are submerged in water)
Close the jar, don't close tightly, Keep It Loose so that fermented gases can escape
Store it for 3-4 Days in warm place or under sun light
Take Out Dipped Vegies(Use vegies for salad) Everyday, Check Jar, Stir It, Taste It, Till it is done
If it is too salty, means its not ready
