Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the Burger Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped zucchini, corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, sliced green onions, beaten egg, panko breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all are evenly distributed.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and form into patties.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
